Our Team
We have an excellent team, highly qualified and passionate about providing the best possible care and education for the children. Within our team are designated members trained in Special Educational Needs and Safe Guarding Children. We maintain high staffing ratios enabling us to give individual care and attention to the children when required. |

|
Parents as Partners
We share a joint aim, in that we wish to provide the best care and education for your child. Working together we can create an environment which is positive and shows mutual respect. We encourage all parents to become active members of the Centre and value your views and opinions. |

Curriculum and Play Rooms
We provide separate age appropriate rooms for Toddlers and Pre-School children which are fully equipped to provide a stimulating environment, including a wide range of resources accessible by the children at all times, empowering them to make choices and facilitate child initiated learning. Each room has direct access to their own outdoor play area which we make full use of in all weather conditions, from exploring nature to splashing in puddles. |
| |
|
Toddlers (2-3years)
At this age children are growing with confidence and independence, developing their own unique personalities. Our focus is to build upon the good work you as parents have already started and introduce a range of life, social and self-help skills. Using the children’s individual learning styles and own interests we will provide appropriate toys, equipment and resources to encourage their further development. |
|
| |
|
 |
Pre-School (3-5 years)
In our experience Pre-school children have a thirst for knowledge and a genuine curiosity. We have the ethos for children to learn through exploration and play, therefore each child’s key person will spend time getting to know their children and the children’s interests, enabling them to plan and provide a curriculum which will encourage autonomous learning and self development while the children have fun. |
| |
|
Holiday and Out of School Club
We are fully aware that working hours do not correspond with the typical school day and therefore offer wraparound care through the school term and a holiday club for the school holidays. We provide a safe secure environment that will challenge the children using a range of activities and resources which are age appropriate including board games, arts and crafts, photography and cookery. |

Meals and Snacks
The Centre provides Breakfast, Lunch, Tea as well as mid morning and afternoon snacks for the children, depending on their attendance times.
Our lunches are prepared by ‘Sweet & Savoury’ who are a family run business in Needham Market. They pride them selves on ‘providing good food from fresh and quality ingredients’, they use local produce wherever possible and favour free range meat, eggs and fresh seasonal vegetables. Meals are prepared to our specific requirements which enable us to cater for all dietary and cultural needs.
We believe that meal times should be a social enjoyable time, therefore the staff will join the children and encourage polite conversation and promote good eating habits and desirable table manners. Our main meals follow a three week rolling menu, the mid morning and afternoon snacks follow a four week rolling menu which are displayed outside of each room. |

Outings and Extra Curricula Activities.
We make full use of our surroundings going on nature walks, collecting conkers and visiting the two parks, as well as utalising the local library.
We are currently offering Jo Jingles as an extra curricula activity for all children on a Wednesday afternoon. |
