We are based in central Skegness with access to bus routes and the train station also in walking distance to local parks and the beach. The schools are also in walking distance to ourselves or a short bus route away.
We have a small back and front garden which has varioius play equipment, there is an area to sit, play and have a picnic when the grass is wet.
There is a large playing field less than 5 miutes walk away where we go to do larger activities such as football or sports day games or even to take the dog.

Some of the activities we provide are indoor bowls, jigsaws, painting, playdoh, sand and water indoor and out, we do craft activities throughout the year to help celebrate festivals over the year. On top of that we do music, board games for all ages, dressing up, reading and lots more. We have a computer and programs for different ages to help with school work i.e. Maths and English, and preschool work. We do outings to local farms, museums, and we even have a small secure paddling pool. |

We take part in sponsored events such as Children in Need and join in the carnival and we do various activities with Sure Start.
Chris has now started his level 2 nvq and I am close to finishing mine and then I will start my level 3 which my husband will also be doing shortly after, we both have first aid certificates and we are also working to the Early Years Foundation Stage system to help the development of children and to comply with the Ofsted regulations. I have had experience in looking after disabled people and people in wheelchairs as I have been a home care assistant for 16 years looking after disabled and elderly people before moving on to child care. |
